SA List Cleaner Help

Clean, de-duplicate, and scrub SA customer exports with quick column controls and file combining.

Info

Keeps specific columns relevant to customer info
Formats Names, Cleans up Phone Numbers and Emails

Capitalizes first letters only from first and last name
Creates new clean Phone column

Uses Cell Phone if available
PreferredPhoneNumber if not

Removes non-numeric digits from phone # col
Removes extra email addresses if customer has more than one

Can remove duplicate rows by CustomerNumber, Email, Phone, or all
Optionally combines files by location
- This will add a new column, Location
- The original file names need to be formatted Location_filename.csv
- The underscore delimitter can be modified, export names can also be choosen
You can also round up sizes or set a maximum size for the output
Scrub List functionality
- Upload a second CSV file to filter the main list
- Toggle between "Keep" and "Delete" modes:
  - Keep: Only keeps customers that exist in the scrub file
  - Delete: Removes customers that exist in the scrub file
- Matching controls sit right under the scrub drop zone - upload a scrub file to enable CustomerNumber, Email, or Both matching options.
- Make sure scrub files include the fields you plan to match on (CustomerNumber and/or EmailAddress)
