Instructions:

1. Select Location
2. Enter Name
3. Enter Customer Number:
   1. Paste from Clipboard with button press (customer lookup done automatically)
   2. Manually type in Customer Number then press Lookup
4. Attach Photo(s)
5. Enter in Description
6. Submit Lead
